Happy LATE birthday Ali

For those of you who don't know Ali she is married to Christian and Jesse's friend Lehi. May I add that Lehi is one lucky guy because Ali has encouraged him to acheive so much. She and I became good friends when I lived in Laie. Chloe and Enzo became good friends as they became more and more aware of each other. Ali has been asking me for these pictures for a long time and I just haven't gotten round to it. So as your birthday present, Ali, you get to see vintage pictures of Chloe and the famous playgroup picture where we all look terribly exhuasted. I love you and think you are amazing especially because you are the only mom I know who isn't LDS but loves LDS playgroups. The only mom I know who can keep her house super duper clean and still let her kids play, play, play. The only mom I know who wakes up before her kids in order to get things ready for the day and has an infinite well of energy. AND... the only white girl I know who can hula like no one's buisiness.

Hi Ali. What I admire most about you is your grace. It is such a contrast to my general social klutziness. I appreciate that you forgive me (and us) over and over for our lapses (like not communicating). You and Lehi are definitely part of our circle of love and caring.
