Pam and Mike
At the close of this day, I want to say that I for one am completely thankful for Michael Dalton Palmer: for his wonderful life and that I was blessed to be some part of it. This picture was taken during his first visit to meet the family, 1969 I believe. (We were at Shelley's.)

Even though I've never met him I am also very grateful he was born, for obvious reasons. I'm also grateful Christian has such a good example for what a good husband and a good dad should be like.
Mike..... what a great brother in law. When I went to BYU Hawaii he helped me get all my classes and also helped me bake bread as part of a class project, we baked bread to look like the giant spider crabs that dwell on the bottom of the ocean. I got an A! Mike also taught me how to do a flip flop! Can't wait to see him again.

Don't get me wrong, but I can wait. Still it would be nice to have him around. We could use another grampa, etc. He'd be a particularly good one.
Love these guys. Mom and dad. I think it is so sad for dad that he is missing out on so much.
So sorry, Blogger seems to have lost three comments that were here.
yes, it lost mine....I said I love and miss Mike, he helped me a lot when I came to Hawaii. He taught me to do a flip flop....no I can't still do one, he also helped me bake bread in the form of a giant spider crab that dwells on the ocean floor for a project in marine biology ( I got an A) and he helped me enroll at BYU Hawaii and helped me get all the classes I wanted. He is a great brother in law and I look forward to seeing him again. He loves Pammy and adores his kids!
