Big [Sur, Belly, Problems]
I've been feeling very pregnant and big. It might have something to do with the fact that our car broke down on our way back from Big Sur and we had to squeeze 5 people in the back seat (I sat on the floor right under Enzo's car seat) of our friend's car for the 2 hour drive home. I almost convinced Christian to push our car down this cliff and into this beach and then convince our insurance to give us some money. He made me feel bad because we'd pollute the ecosystem.
I spend the whole weekend being like "I can't believe we only live 2 hours away from THIS and we haven't been here in 2 years!"
Now I'm thinking 2 hours is far since we have to get back out there tomorrow morning where Christian will attempt to fix the car (wish him luck!!!!). It would have cost us close to $200 to tow the car to the nearest shop. We figured the car isn't even worth that much.
Other than this minor inconvenience the weekend was perfect. Big Sur is so beautiful but if the car doesn't get fixed I might have to push it down the cliff myself.

Sorry about the car. Hope you can get it fixed, or get something more reliable. Big Sur is awesome though. I have been wanting to go back ever since the last time we were there. I am not sure if we'll make it before we leave.
Jesse,
when you guys come up to visit lets meet up at Big Sur and camp for a weekend. Sand dollar beach was super glassy. Enzo had fun surfing with chris. I think your girls would love it too.
yikes, car trouble is no fun. maybe you should have a bake sale to raise the money to get a more reliable car (or at least the money to fix it).
Bummer about the car. Maybe you can have ours when we get a new one. (Although according to the people at the Subaru dealership it isn't worth very much.) It seems to work pretty good for us though. Also it has 192,500 miles on it right now. :) We can't wait to get to 200,000! I like your belly and I like Big Sur too. I want to go back.
UPDATE:
christian fixed the car! success!!!
Sorry you had to have such an uncomfortable ride for so long! I feel for you. I have one month left and am feeling rather large and awkward; but at the same time, I'm enjoying being pregnant and just feeling the little guy move, wondering what he'll be like. :) Good job, Christian, with the car! What a blessing.
Beautiful big sur! I want to go. Love you guys.
