I think it's called that, but I could be wrong. I loved this drinking fountain. Functional art. Japan has figured out that drinking fountains are good and should be everywhere. Every park has one.
I'm taking a design class and we study a lot about Japanese design. I just designed a parent friendly coffee house table. It looks nothing like this. It's functional but ugly. I'm not a good designer I guess
