I took Logan out to take portraits for his birthday, and let's just say there was a lot of bribery involved. Noboday at our house seems to like the 2nd picture I posted, but I do...The first picture was taken at a few months I think, by Logan's Aunt Misty on Brian's side of the family. I love that picture.

HAPPY 29th BIRTHDAY DAMARIS

We celebrated her birthday a little earlier while the rest of the family was here last week but you can never celebrate too much of a good thing. I'm so happy that Damaris was born. Here are ten reasons why and I'll let everyone else add the other 19.
1. She makes really good food.
2. She encourages me to do things that I like to do.
3. She is always learning new things.
4. She has her own ideas and opinions about things.
5. She is really nice to everyone.
6. She is fun to talk to.
7. She has a lot of good music.
8. She has a testimony of the gospel.

family picture

I had my reservations about going from our perfect family of three to a family of four. It is still perfect. Thanks to Adam for taking this picture for us. We had so much fun having him here. We are still adjusting to having another member of our family. We all sleep in one bed and it has taken some rearranging and getting used to. Bo loves "nuggling" (snuggling) with me at night, but he's had to learn how to nuggle me with Kai between us or to nuggle Tony instead. He's been a good sport about it all. Kai is a good baby. He loves to eat and sleep and is already 9 lbs. Tony went back to work this week, so I've had both kids to myself for the last two days. Our house is not at its usual level of tidy, but we are all eating, sleeping (more or less), and enjoying each other's company.
