1 more month under her belt
Our baby turned 7 months today. I tell her that we love her to pieces, but that's actually an understatement. Enzo is so incredibly nice to her. She has started going after his toys and his initial reaction is to freak out but after a second he hands whatever it is she was putting in her mouth back to her and says "excuse me Maria Aurea can I have that please" and then hands her something more appropriate to play with. He hugs her and kisses her and has recently started tackling her. So far she adores him. Christian actually picks out her outfits and does a good job at making her look cute. He runs to pick her up if he even thinks that she's going to make a sound. My mom gives her about 3 baths a day, changes her diaper every hour on the hour (no joke) and treats her like a porcelain doll (again, no joke). I wake up multiple (as in more than 50) times a night with her, so I guess that says something. I think she feels loved, at least she smiles at us constantly and gives the best wet kisses.

baby twins
we went to nyc for the weekend. i presented at a conference, which was okay. and bo was a pill on the flight out there and okay on the flight back. he was mostly good except for a huge blowout which covered both of us in poop. but the best part of the trip was seeing enoch and amy and family. their house is awesome and these twin babies had fun together.

Graduation!
I did it! I graduated this past Saturday, April 10, 2010. Our guest speaker was Elder Quentin L. Cook and he gave an amazing talk. I am so grateful for all the friends that I have made. BYU-Hawaii truly is an amazing place. More pictures to come.

Flat Stanley's visit
Flat Stanley visited last week from Ada's classroom in New York. He had a good time with Mikey, Minami, and Amaya and is on his way back with a tan. He was also very popular with the kids at my school. He was a very nice guest, quiet and unassuming, but game to try whatever we cooked up.

His interviews are in Pennsylvania today (4hours from nyc, 2 from dc), Virginia (2hrs from dc), and Indiana (12+ hours from anywhere interesting).
Wish him luck!

Why is Kadin smiling this time?
Anyone who knows this boy knows that he loves to smile all the time! But today he had something to really get him excited! He found out that the baby he has heard so much about is going to be a little brother he can romp around the house with!
I still can't believe this baby (Kadin) is going to be a big brother already. For those of you who may not know, we are expecting our baby around September 5th, just 5 months away! We are so excited! But now we are in the same boat as the Jacksons--coming up with a good boy's name! And I guess I'll be holding on to Kadin's baby clothes (sorry if you had your heart set on his hand-me-downs)! tee hee
Here is a pic of me taken a couple of weeks ago. Not much belly to look at yet, but it's finally looking like I'm pregnant and not just holding onto that baby fat from the last pregnancy! And many thanks to Pam for the white shirt I got to tie dye. :)
